Pleased with my progress and motivated to continue to improve my mental and physical fitness
Water plants outside. Worked on PIPN items on computer from 9 to noon.
Morning Activities Outcomes
A little stiff by noon. Did some stretches and exercises.
Went out to do errands Visited pharmacist at Target to promote PIPN and have them put up poster. 2 pm haircut
Afternoon Activities Outcomes
Target pharmacy to put up posters and pass on info to other pharmacists. So relaxing to get hair done and have a short head and neck massage
Spent a while watching videos looking for ones on facilitation skills for support group leaders monthly meetings, stopped at 7 pm. Watched TV until 10 pm when I couldn't stay awake and went to bed
Evening Activities Outcomes
Found some ones that I can use. Quite weary by 7 pm. Watched a program that has a plot that requires attentive listening and following and I stayed awake.
Thoughts on my day
I should set a timer for every 30 minutes to get up, move a bit when sitting for longer periods. Sit at counter for awhile and then couch for a while. Did not walk today as I was a little sore from increase in distance walked this week. Good decision to pass on a walk today. Very pleased to be better able to follow an intricate plot on TV show
