What happened the week before?
Company for 3 days’
Considering the preparation for their arrival etc I thought I was in a good position to continue with my walking and working around the house especially as I had help with the house cleaning etc.
What caused the increase in my pain level?
Perhaps a bit over confident as my pain had remained relatively the same for the first 3 days so I thought I could do more. So I tackled the beds did some ironing, made cookies and some house work.
What could I have done better?
Should have planned my week out better there was no need for me to undertake the beds, cookies, ironing and house work on the same day. If I had considered what is I wanted to accomplish this week I should have balanced my activities.
What I’m I happy about?
Happy to have spent quality time with our friends
Happy that I was able in spite of everything else to continue to walk every day.
Happy I made cookies haven’t done that in a while.
What I’m I unhappy about
I made cookies and blew my diet (bitter sweet event)
I should have planned my week better.
What will I do better?
When it comes to physical activities (i.e. movement) I must plan my day ahead of time.
Thoughts for the week?
Overall a good week
Did manage to screw up the activity levels but I can see where I can make adjustments and next week will be better
